You post, they like, they save, one of them DMs you a question at midnight. And when they're finally ready to hand someone their money, they hire the person who made it obvious how to work with them.
When your online practice runs the way it's meant to, the watching turns into booked calls, and the clients who are ready to invest stop scrolling past and start saying yes.
You bring the offer or post you're working on to a live hot-seat call every month (or into the community between calls) and get feedback before your audience ever sees it, while AI tools built for practitioners do the first pass in minutes. It works nothing like another course in a downloads folder, because the whole time, you're working on your own practice.
forget chasing trends, second-guessing every decision, or the kind of bro-marketing that makes you want to burn it all to the ground and forget the internet ever existed.
If we haven't met yet
You're excellent at the work. In person, you might even be booked solid. Online is the part that stays inconsistent, and an online practice that can't reliably sign clients is still a hobby with a booking link.
You have a hobby.
You're clearly good at what you do, that was never the question. The online model you were handed was just never built to turn that skill into income you can count on.
You didn't come this far to spend years figuring out what should already be working.
You're good at the actual work, and you get people results. Like most of us, you were probably taught to build your practice in a way that trains ready-to-invest clients to watch you instead of hire you.
Most practitioners weren't taught business in school (shocking, I know). You've likely been told to do all of this.
» Create endless free content.
Another "5 signs your gut is inflamed" carousel. Another "3 nervous system resets" reel. Another free journaling prompt. All of it hoping someone connects the dots between your free tip and your paid work on their own (they won't).
» Host hour-long webinars and over-teach.
As if the client wants a full lecture on the HPA axis, or your entire framework, before she's decided she trusts you. She wants to know you can solve her problem, not sit through the biochemistry first.
» Tell your whole story to build trust.
A ready client hires you for the result you help them reach. They don't need your three-year backstory or your certification path to believe you can get them there.
» Nurture for months before you make an offer.
While the client who's ready to invest right now moves on to someone clearer and faster, because they don't have six months to wait for you to finally mention you have something to buy.
» Discount, bonus, and urgency your way in.
Slashing your price, or posting "only 2 spots left!" when you've got unlimited capacity, as if looking cheaper or more panicked is what gets you chosen.
None of it makes people move. It teaches them to keep watching you instead of hiring you.
Every one of those tactics trains your best-fit clients to see you as free content. They follow you, they screenshot your posts, they quote you to their friends. And when they're finally ready to pay someone, they hire whoever made it obvious how to work with them.
What you got handed was the watching model. The one where you give your expertise away for free and hope it converts. It rewards the practitioners who are loudest, and it convinces the best ones that the problem must be them.
The model was the problem the whole time.
It's the one I've taught for over seven years, and it's called The WELLth Model™. Three phases, in order.
You get dialed in on exactly who you serve and the niche only you can own, so you stop second-guessing whether this is truly your person and start speaking straight to them.
In the Collective, tools like the Niche Clarity Engine walk you through years of insight in under 30 minutes, so this takes an afternoon instead of another six months of "am I sure?"
You build the offer, the voice, and the content that resonate, so the right client reads your post and thinks you're describing their exact life.
Tools like the Online Offer Architect and the Brand DNA Generator do the heavy lift, and you keep the nuance that's yours.
You put in the systems that turn attention into enrolled clients, the enrollment conversation, the sales page, the follow-up, so signing someone stops being the scary part.
Tools like the Lead Magnet Creator and the Email Sequence Generator take the first pass at your freebie and your follow-up emails.
The framework is the same one that's worked for over seven years, tried and true. What's new is the co-pilot in your pocket. Every phase now comes with practitioner-specific AI tools that take the heaviest lifts off your plate, so you move through Clarity, Connection, and Conversion faster, without ever losing your voice or the nuance only you bring. The WELLth Collective is built so you can run this model, with me, the community and the AI tools behind you.
"I have 5 clients signed up for my new program totaling around $25K and I can't even wrap my brain around it. SO grateful."
Christina, Functional Nutritionist
You open Instagram, post the thing you wanted to say, once, and close the app. No 38th rewrite of your bio. No wondering whether the emoji is too casual.
A DM comes in, and instead of another midnight request for free advice, it's someone asking how to work with you, because your last post made it obvious.
You look at your calendar and the calls on it are with people who already decided before they booked. The pricing conversation is a formality now.
You hit a decision you used to spiral on. Your niche, your next offer, whether to raise your rate. Instead of Googling it 47 times and collecting 47,000 conflicting answers, you bring it to the next live call and walk out with a clear next move.
Your income online stops being a mystery number. You can see what's driving it, and you can do it again next month.
"1 client will be paying me $8500, when I have barely made that in my best month ever."
Haley, works with CrossFit athletes
I used to do everything "right" in my practice. Fully booked, good income, clinically dialed in, and still sure something was missing (which made me wonder if I was just ungrateful, or if there was something more out there).
So I did what we all do. I kept posting. I rewrote my bio for the 38th time. I restructured my offers and waited for clarity to show up, while my Instagram analytics stared back at me like they were hiding the answer.
The skill was fine. What needed to change was the model I was running it on.
In 2018 I took my practice fully online with barely any savings, and then sat at zero income for seven months, dog-sitting on Rover to cover rent while I figured it out. I hired two wrong mentors and burned about $30K before I found the right one. When it finally clicked, I had a $20,000 day, then two back-to-back $10K clients, and my online practice hit six figures inside about six months, while I worked less than I ever had in the in-person practice.
Since then I've taught over a thousand practitioners to make that same shift. And last year I built my own membership from scratch, this one, because the recurring, leveraged model is the one I wish someone had handed me at the start.
I live in Mexico now with a rescue dog named Bruno (best decision I've made), and I spend my days helping practitioners stop giving their expertise away for free and start getting hired for it.
Capricorn sun, Aries moon, Cancer rising. 4/1 sacral generator. INFJ. If that means something to you, we're going to get along.
So I built the room I wish I'd had
A monthly membership for health & wellness practitioners who are building (or growing) an online practice and want expert feedback, focused implementation, and a room of practitioners who actually get it. Because nobody needs another half-finished course collecting digital dust.
You need to know what to work on, get feedback when you're stuck, and actually do the work.
The WELLth Collective is the place to bring your unique business and get help with whatever is in front of you right now.
"This is a no brainer. I made my money back in the first week of announcing my program was available."
Sarah, Functional Dietitian

Each month, we'll choose one piece of your practice to move forward—strategy, messaging, offers, sales, marketing, or whatever makes sense for where you are, so you can stop spinning between priorities and make meaningful progress.
Bring the offer, launch, post, pricing question, sales page, or problem you're working through and get my feedback in real time, so you can make decisions faster and move forward without second-guessing yourself.
Post the draft, question, idea, or win inside the community and get feedback from me and other practitioners, so you can keep moving instead of sitting on a question until the next call.
Use practitioner-specific AI tools to work through your niche, your ideal client's actual language, your offer, pricing, free guide, emails, and more, so you can spend less time staring at a blank page and more time refining and getting things out into the world.
Get a short 5-minute voice note from me each week on the mindset side of building an online practice, so you can keep your head in the game while you're navigating the inevitable doubts, decisions, and discomfort that come with building something of your own.
Access a growing library of trainings from me and guest experts whenever a specific question comes up, so you can find what you need, get the answer, and keep moving without wading through an entire course.
Get 50% off every course in my catalog while you're a member, so you can go deeper on the skills you need when you're ready without buying another full program just to solve one problem.
Your first 30 days are $1. Before your trial ends we'll check in with you, and you decide whether to stay on at $47 a month (or $497 for the year).
You get 30 days inside for a dollar. Go to a coaching call, use the tools, dig through the trainings, meet the community. Before your trial ends we'll check in with you. If it's your room, you stay on at $47 a month from there, and if the room turns out to be wrong for you, you tell us and you won't be charged the $47. No guilt, no hoops, no hard feelings.
Take the full 30 days, then decide. The right room exists for every practitioner. I just happen to think this is it.
The more useful question is what another month of guessing, stalling, and starting over is already costing you, in time, revenue, and the mental overhead of running a practice with nothing solid under it.
Most memberships are built like a storage unit, meaning everything's in there somewhere, good luck finding it. The Collective is organized by where you are in your practice, the WELLth Drops are five minutes, and the coaching call is one focused hour a month. You show up with a question and leave with a clear next step.
The Collective is built to replace the overwhelm. Fewer rabbit holes, faster decisions, no more Googling (or ChatGPT-ing) the same question and getting seventeen conflicting answers. Most members find it consolidates three or four things they were already doing slowly and alone.
They're AI tools built specifically for online health practitioners. Each one is designed around a specific decision or growth challenge you face, from clarifying your niche to building your offer suite. They're included in your membership at no extra charge.
No. They're built for practitioners, not developers. You answer plain questions about your practice and the tool does the heavy lifting. If you can fill out a client intake form, you can use these.
The practitioners already using this room come from every corner of the field.
Any practitioner building or growing an online wellness practice who wants a clear next move and people in their corner, without the chaos of trends (looking at you, TikTok dances), the guesswork (aka Googling at 2am), or the tactics that stopped working in 2019.

These are the words of customers of The WELLthy Woman®, shared word for word with their permission. Individual results vary, and nothing on this page is a promise of what your own experience will be.
The WELLth Collective is educational. Results depend on the time and effort you put in, and no income results are promised.
You're already good enough at the work. The clients are already watching. The only thing left is running your online practice the way that turns watching into hiring, and having people in your corner while you do it.
That's what's waiting inside The WELLth Collective. Come try it for a dollar.
